We are on the lookout for casual activity guides/group leaders and logistics staff who are looking for some great experience in diverse workplaces. We partner with a growing number of different centre-based sites as well as more expedition focused companies in and around Sydney, the Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Southern Highlands.
A position with us would be ideal for someone looking to pickup some in between work and someone who might be after some flexible work in various workplaces. Whilst we are just getting started, we are growing strongly and are anticipating a consistent increase in demand for our services over the next few years.
We are a new company, based in Glenorie and are growing to service many various providers in NSW through mostly a labour-hire basis in outdoor education/recreation as well as offering consultancy services particularly for those smaller or less established venues who are building towards being a go-to place for school camps and outdoor adventure programs.

Staff are employed under the fitness industry award at a level 3A for candidates holding a Certificate III in Outdoor Recreation/Outdoor Leadership and level 4A for a Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation/Outdoor Leadership. Please message us if you require more information around remuneration. We also pay above award rates for work on weekends and public holidays. Since we also offer program coordinating and consultancy services, the right applicants with a strong work ethic and experience would be considered for these roles from time-to-time and can earn a higher rate in doing so.
